Now opening to pilot shops

Keep your Etsy shop on time, even in your busiest week

Pacemaker watches your order backlog against how fast you really make and ship. Before you fall behind, it lengthens your processing time. When you've caught up, it puts it back.

Never edits titles, photos or prices. Never messages buyers.

Example Pacemaker dashboard for a shop called Bramble & Kiln. Pace adjusted: 40 orders waiting, a pace of 12 a day, processing time set to 5–7 days instead of the normal 1–3, and 3.3 days of work against a 3-day promise.

Why it matters

Late orders cost more than the sale

Etsy grades every order against the ship date you promised. One rush can undo months of good work, and changing processing times by hand across a busy shop takes hours.

Star Seller

Needs 95% of orders shipped on time.

Shop pauses

Etsy can pause shops with overdue orders.

Features

What Pacemaker does for your shop

Everything runs in the background and updates the moment an order is paid or shipped, so you can get on with making.

Learns your pace

Works out how many orders you really ship on a normal day from your recent sales.

Early warnings

Emails you while there's still time to act, not after an order is already late.

Adjusts processing times

Lengthens the processing time on the profiles you choose, within limits you set.

Puts it back

Restores your normal processing time as soon as the backlog clears, so you don't lose sales.

Your rules

Limits and exclusions you set, so it never goes further than you're happy with.

Undo anything

Every change is logged, with one-click undo.

Your backlog, in days of work

Pace adjusted

3.3days of work

Pacemaker would step in. You have 3.3 days of work but promise 3. It would set 5–7 days on new orders until the backlog drops, then put your 3-day time back.
How it works

Set up in three steps

Like a pacemaker in a race, it sets a pace you can actually hold.

  1. Connect your shop

Sign in with Etsy and choose which processing profiles Pacemaker may adjust. Nothing changes until you switch it on.

  2. Check your pace

Pacemaker shows the daily pace it has learned from your orders. Correct it if needed, and tell it when you're away.

  3. Let it keep watch

Start with alerts only, or let it adjust processing times automatically and email you each time it does.

FAQ

Questions sellers ask

Will Pacemaker change my listings?

Only the processing time on the profiles you choose. It never edits your titles, photos, prices or descriptions, and it never messages buyers.

Does it affect orders I already have?

No. A new processing time only applies to new orders. Existing orders keep the ship date the buyer saw when they bought.

Can I try it without it changing anything?

Yes. Alert-only mode emails you when you're about to fall behind and leaves your shop alone.

How does it know my pace?

It looks at when your recent orders were paid and shipped. You can correct the number and add days you're away.

Is this made by Etsy?

No. Pacemaker is an independent app that connects to your shop through Etsy's official API, with your permission.

When can I start?

We're opening to a few pilot shops first. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's a place.
